1 STEP:- open photoshop and create a new file.
2 STEP:- double Click on background in side layer window then click ok .it will be convert in layer 0( you can define name of layer).Now we can make changes in this layer. because background become lock so we can not make pattern changes.
3STEP:- Right click on layer 0 of the side bar. click on blending option. then click pattern overlay. Choose satin pattern option and increase its scale and opacity.
4STEP:- make new layer with in layer menu. choose heart shape in shape tool and choose color also and now drag mouse and draw heart shape.
5 STEP:- Now Click on shape in side bar layer window. there will small icon of lock then click on lock icon it will be open .Now Right click on shape layer .click blending option and choose drop shadow option. choose color in blend mode there will be color box.and below some options :- angle,distance, spread, size you set these properties. then you will increase the size of shadow you will get image like this as i have given the below.
6 STEP:- Now choose text tool in tool box.and design choose in shape tool.
